4. Refunds

Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy. SpeakType currently offers a 14-day full refund window from the purchase date (or renewal date, where applicable), subject to policy terms.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or infringing activities.
• Reverse engineer, copy, resell, or exploit the service beyond permitted use.
• Interfere with system security, stability, or performance.

6. AI Output Disclaimer

AI-generated text may contain errors or omissions. You are responsible for reviewing and validating output before use in legal, medical, financial, or other high-risk contexts.

7. Service Availability and Changes

We may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

8. Intellectual Property

SpeakType and all related software, branding, and content are owned by Gofly International Limited or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SpeakType is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gofly International Limited shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of data, revenue, or profits arising from use of the service.

11. Termination

You may stop using SpeakType at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if required for security, legal, or operational reasons.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms periodically. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
